Trade-Craft Literature

I have been enjoying reading some literature that presents critical topics for managers, team dynamics, and strategies to refine my skills in hospitality and travel management services. Some interesting books I've recently read and enjoyed exploring:

1. The Cornell School of Hotel Administration on Hospitality
2. We: The Ideal Customer Relationship
3. 100 Tips for Hoteliers: What Every Successful Hotel Professional Needs to Know and Do.

I'll illustrate some aspects of these books and some application of their lessons in future blogs. However, these links are provided to anyone who wish to refine their skills and read some entertaining literature.

Interviews

I look forward to a series of interviews next week (some with some worthy volunteer organizations and others with traditional employers). I'm excited to exhibit my skills, talent, and traits in these 'opportunity sessions--a good name for an interview, right?

To prepare for them, I've found some interesting articles online I'd like to share.

First Professional Post

I have just created this blog in order to impart my professional insight and skill set onto an intended audience. After a sojourn of travel, schooling, and jobs in other fields, I'm prepared to launch a successful career into helping people, growing profits, and finding meaning in work. To start my first blog, I've found this information I'd like to share.
